Already the access to one of the most attractive artificial toboggan runs of Tirol, that is open in winter and summer by the way, is quite spectacularly located. At an altitude of 1,550m coaster pilots have to get ready for the downhill ride. A last glance to Untermarkter Alm, push the lever forwards a bit and off you go! 500m of altitude loss are covered. Your pulse and spirits are on the rise though. This is not surprising considering the route: The tracks of the toboggan run wind their way down to the valley at a height of up to six metres.
After the first moments of the 12-minute long ride it becomes clear - the Alpine Coaster is great fun and a fantastic excursion destination for the whole family. The panorama is also worth mentioning: Nature experience and action spectacle combine in a fascinating way along the Imst Alpine Rollercoaster.
