Ski Pass Information of Imster Bergbahnen

Ski passes valid in the Hoch-Imst ski area

Family ski pass
The parents and one child pay, all other children born in 1993 or after go for free.

Children ski pass
Born between 1997 and 2006. Children that are born in 2007 or after go for free.

Youth and senior ski pass
Youth tariff for youths born between 1993 and 1996; senior tariff with ID. Student tariff for students born in 1990 or after, conscripts and persons carrying out alternative service, retired persons and seriously disabled persons (60%+) enjoy youth/senior prices on demonstration of an identification card.

Ski passes for the Hoch-Imst ski area are non-transferable and must be produced in the checking areas and on request of the lift personnel. A subsequent exchange for another ski pass is not possible.

Piste control: last piste control: 15 minutes after cessation of lift operation. Offences against regulations and rules, riding without valid ski pass, misuse of ski passes etc. are punished without exception.

Piste rescue: All base and top terminals of Imster Bergbahnen can be notified of accidents. They will initiate the rescue of the injured person. Injured persons are depending on the injury rescued by the mountain rescue team or Imster Bergbahnen by rescue basket stretcher, piste machine or helicopter. If required, medical aid is provided.

Reimbursement for ski pass:
Exclusively possible after ski accidents on presentation of a medical attestation. The time of return and not the time of the accident is decisive for valuating the reimbursement. Time of use is the period from the issue date to the time of return of the ski pass. One is not entitled to a reimbursement in case of unexpected departure, service interruption, bad weather, avalanche danger, closure of downhills, etc.

Loss/Theft: In case of loss or theft of your seasonal ski pass of the Imster Bergbahnen lifts, the user must report to the cash desk of IBB immediately. A replacement pass is exclusively issued on presentation of a report of theft or loss issued by the police. The following charges incur for issuing a replacement pass:
> Children pass EUR 25.00
> Adults/youths/seniors/family passes EUR 35.00
If you lose your ski pass (2 plus days) you get a new pass on presentation of a cancellation code slip and paying a deposit of EUR 2 for a new keycard.
