Are not transferable to other persons, and must be shown in the control zones without request and well as at any time at the request of the lift personnel. Subsequent exchange for another lift pass is not possible.
The last piste inspection is carried out at 4.15 pm/22.15 pm (except on tour nights). Violations of regulations and prohibitions, using the lift without a pass, misuse of tickets etc. will be treated as fraud with no exceptions.
All of the Imster Bergbahn mountain and bottom stations accept accident reports and lead rescue teams to help injured persons. The injured person will be rescued by the mountain rescue team or Imster Bergbahnen by Akja, snow vehicle or helicopter depending on the case and will receive medical treatment as necessary.
A refund is possible subject to the provision of a medical certificate. For reimbursement, the date of deposit is decisive, not the date fo the accident. The period from the date of issue to the deposit of the ski pass constitutes the period the pass is valid for. No claims are accepted for reimbursement in the case of unforeseen departure, interruption of operation, bad weather, avalanche warnings, blocking of ski runs, etc.
In the case of loss or theft of an annual ski pass, the user must report this immediately to the cash desk of Imster Bergbahnen. A substitute will be issued exclusively subject to the provision of a police document confirming loss/theft. The following administrative fees apply for the replacement of lost or stolen passes:
