The motto of the Imst Alpine Coaster? Think big and fast! 3.5 kilometres of track jam-packed with fun make this powerful mountain roller coaster the longest of its kind in the world. You can take advantage of this fun-filled attraction even in winter.

The climb up to one of the most beautiful artificial toboggan runs is spectacular in itself, both in summer and winter. Once you reach the starting point at 1,550 metres above sea level, it's time to prepare yourself for the long descent. As you take a last glimpse over to Untermarkter Alm, the brakes are released and you plunge down some 500 metres into the mountains. At the same time, your pulse and mood begins to soar, and no wonder: The track takes twists, turns and drops up to six meters high on its course down into the mountain.

Winter coaster fun

Taking the Alpine Coaster in winter is just as much fun as in summer. Enjoy the spectacular views of the snow-covered forests and meadows. After a strenuous day of skiing, this is a perfect way to relax your aching muscles (and exercise your laughing ones instead). Enjoy something different from your average skiing holiday.
