Schneeschuhwanderer im Winterwald

all ROUTES LEAD TO THE Latschenhütte

ALONG THE JÄGERSTEIG

This easy snowshoe hike leads from the middle station of the new 10-seater panorama lift via the Jägersteig trail to the Latschenhütte hut in just under 50 minutes. Here it is worthwhile to stop for a bite to eat and enjoy dumplings and other Tyrolean specialities before returning to the cable car along the same route.

To the LATSCHENHÜTTE

THROUGH THE hachle gorge

From the Hoch-Imst car park, follow the path to the right in the direction of the Hachle gorge and follow the old Obermarkter Alm path through the Falzlehntal valley towards the Latschenhütte hut to get there in 2 hours.
Return to the starting point along the ski run to the Untermarkter Alm and from there you can either take the panorama gondola or the natural toboggan run down.

ACROSS THE opferstock

The wonderfully snow-covered winter landscape and the beautiful views make this snowshoe hike from the valley station a unique experience in the Imst region. The 4.5 kilometer long, easy tour leads past the legendary Sprisselstein: a large boulder that slopes sharply towards the trail and is held up only by the "Saligen" (Salige = legendary women figures). Also possible as a ski tour.
